Important Information All bookings require a security deposit and documentation confirmation before check-in details are provided. Guests must complete the security deposit payment and submit required documentation in advance to prevent any delays with check-in. The security deposit is released back to the guest 3 days after check-out if all house rules are followed. Please note: It may take up to 3 additional working days after release for the funds to arrive back to your account. House Rules during your stay (To Get Deposit Back) No smoking or vaping inside of the property — smoking and vaping are only allowed outside. No parties or events. Only registered guests allowed overnight. Respect quiet hours (10pm – 7am). Take care of furniture and appliances — report any accidental damage immediately. Pets — no pets. No moving large furniture without permission. Only the number of guests on the booking allowed in the property. Any cleanliness issues must be reported within 24 hours of check-in so they can be addressed. Checkout Instructions (To Get Deposit Back) Trash — put all garbage in bins or designated bags. Dishes — wash used dishes or load the dishwasher and start it. Laundry — place used towels/linens in one spot. Check out is at 11am.
